Seasonal cycles & production chains
During each season you work in the field, so the gameplay is not so casual. Firstly it requires good strategy and planning. You start new game in the fall, harvest time, and you have no way to change the starting season. There is a right time for everything. Cucumbers in June, Strawberries are best bought from May, Pears in July. And seasonal weather conditions as a feature in Farming Simulator are finally ready for implementation with the completely modernised Farming Simulator 22.
Multiplayer allows for cooperative farming
Farming simulator has a feature allowing you to play with people who use a different system. For example, if you play the game on a PC, you can play with console players. You can also turn off this feature and prohibit cross-platform servers from joining your game. If you play on a pc you can play with 16 players in one server!
